0c98cad7aa [Bug #1238] Fix concurrent modification exception 
The fix consists of changing the persistence model of the Dependency entity.
So far, it was deleted in the database when orphan dependencies appear in the Hibernate session
being flushed. Now, the orphan dependencies are removed explicitely on saving the Planning state.
An orphan dependency in the database is the one which has origin or destination NULL.

3545aba175 Moved draggable property from WBS rows to inner schedulling cell 
This is done to avoid the issue that used to happen when accidentally moving WBS textboxes,
as a consequence of having the dragging property enabled in fields like the editable task names
or hours.

df22eb0062 Replaced obsolete separator between project name and project id

37175f6811 Add the external code when a whole order is imported as subcontrated task. 
Although this operation is not permit by the interfaz, this one give us
clarity on the code. All subcontrated task have got the external code filled.

e3fe3f1a27 [Bug #1162] Fix issues in stretches function dedication chart 
Chart was wrong calculated, as for each stretch it takes into account
the day after to calculate the non workable days, so if a stretch ends
in Friday it showed wrong values.

2e26bc7c30 [Bug #1232] Fix problem in load chart filtering all assignments taking into account order resources 
The problem was that it was using all the assignments to calculate
external load and overload. However, for capability line it was using
just the resources assigned each day.

Then I've added a new method to filter all the assignments taking into
account the order resources assigned each day.
