Replaced browser-prefixed border-radius elements from CSS files
...
The latest versions of some browsers were about to drop compatibility
whith these prefixes, so just the Candidate Recommendation is kept.

Added onClick listener to project names on company view to enter into the planning
...
This is done using the entry point /planner/index.zul;order=order-code which also helps
browser history management to enable bookmarking, refreshing or use the back button.
The link to the taks from the project view is not added due to an interaction it has with
the system to prevent from leaving the current URL, which would need to be written with anchors
to avoid this interaction.

Changes the "General data" tab about subcontracting module.
...
Include a field called Project Type to the "Customer information area" and
add a new column to specify which is the current delivery date, and set the
Deadline of the project to read-only mode.

Add vertical borders in watermarks to improve differentiation between days

When using day level, the vertical positioning inside the day was not very clear.
This also happened during consecutive inactivity periods, where all marked bank
holidays were displayed together. A border is added to the columns to avoid this
behaviour.
It would be useful to achieve an optimum level of alignment to review the pixel spacing
that appears on Chrome, and improve the rounding calculations and spacings between 1st
and 2nd level detail.

[Bug #1244 ] Fixed DynamicDatebox component behaviour in zk5
...
The component created for 'transforming' a textbox into a datebox with onOk event, was
now building all dateboxes, which could decrease performance on big orders. The component
has been modified to create the dateboxes just on demand.
