* Now it's possible to edit either an unassigned or an already-assigned limiting resource and change its properties (number of hours).
* For unassigned tasks is also possible to change its allocated resource.

The parent recalculation was updating the end date. This caused that
later thought that the end date was not modified and the grandparent
tasks was not recalculated.

Adding the dependencies provokes recalculations. If some recalculation
modifies some task, task shrinking is done. When task shrinking is
done children tasks that are not yet added to the graph are processed
causing the exception. The recalculations are done after adding all
children tasks.

When filtering at resource load screen a new TimeTrackerComponent is
created and the old one is discarded. The old one remains in memory,
and listens to zoom change event from TimeTracker. Because of already
not being on the page it fails when being recreated as shown in the
bug's stack trace.
