85c6608c79 Create new directory scripts/functional-tests 
There are included two files:
* README: File which includes some information about how install and use sahi
* common_functions.sah: File which includes some common functions to all the
  followed tests

ItEr50S13AdaptacionServiciosRESTItEr49S18 : Refactoring the create way a work report line.

    It is need a work report to create a work report line , and now the work report line
    does not change its work report.
