c8d1725a1b [Bug #1196] Assign task to the first valid queue in case that all of them are empty. 
Until now, the task wasn't assigned to any queue when they were all empty,
causing this bug.

5688d536bf [Bug #1206] Add event listeners for checkboxes in the legend of the earned value chart. 
When code was rewritten to perform the load of the chart only when it's opened,
event listeners for checkboxes were removed by mistake (that happened on commit
38fd09db85).

90dc77df40 [Bug #1204] Do not round hours in Sigmoide allocation 
As now EffortDuration is supported in order to allocate hours, we don't
need to round hours in Sigmoide allocation. So, hours fragmentation is
changed to 15min.

This prevents us to have the problem reported in this issue with
negative values so far.

2020051069 Removed Group component dependency

619bc51047 [Bug #1208] Fix problem with imputed hours in project view 
The problem was related with the usage of the wrong function. It was
caused because of there're 2 functions with the same name, but doing
different things depending on the type of argument.

8d05620aff [Bug #1202] Managed division by zero calculating template averages 
It's valid to return a 0 value when the the template has never been asigned, so
there are 0 items to calculate the average used time.
