23b1a76d15 Execute tests in alphabetical order 
Until now the order of the execution of the tests depended on the
order of the files returned by the filesystem. This could lead to
different test results in different systems for the same codebase.

Ideally tests should be completely isolated and not depend on the
order of execution whatsoever. Nevertheless, in many tests some data
is left behind in the database, affecting the behavior of other tests.

With the alphabetical order, these order problems will arise the same
in all machines.

5bc3d42bbe Avoid build warning 
Specify the encoding used in the project instead of using the platform
default one. This could lead to not portable builds among different
platforms.

bdf731d473 Modified behavior of UsersBootstrapInDB in order to create users only if there are no users yet 
This will work like the rest of bootstraps. Accordingly to its behavior the
class has been renamed from MandatoryUser to PredefinedUsers.

b698d0fa1e Add new compilation option to disable default users (user, wsreader and wswriter) 
A new Maven property has been added to disable the default users. This property
is enabled by default except for the "dev" profile.

You can manually specify the property with the following argument:
-Ddefault.exampleUsersDisabled=false

f237b713fd Change dialect to MySQL5InnoDBDialect in order to fix issues with MySQL 5.5 
With MySQLInnoDBDialect it inserts type=InnoDB to CREATE TABLE instructions.
Correct statement in this case is engine=InnoDB but it comes to SQL DDL only
when dialect is MySQL5InnoDBDialect.

95f70ddb2a Add some exclusions to avoid conflicts in runtime 
During stress tests execution (when deploying on Jetty), it
was detected that there were several JARs providing different
versions of some classes. That caused some exceptions in runtime
when deploying the app, depending on the order classes were loaded.
Those exceptions highlighted the finding of incompatible methods
when calling them via introspection.

A dependency from timelinez must be excluded, otherwise it would
include a previous version of zcommon not compatible with the new ZK
version.
