6f42487437 [Bug #1304] Don't use the cached value sumOfHoursAllocated when drawing the 
progress bars of tasks.

This unupdated cached value is causing the bug. We will use it only in company
view, where allocations can't change.

46ac030d5d [Bug #1297] Reset the list listenersToAdd when changing perspectives. 
Not resetting it keeps the old listeners attached to the resources/criteria
selector and name filter.

3260623d7e [Bug #1073] Add dependencies with its parent when a milestone is added. 
A new operation in the Adapter was implemented. Also the Milestone class was
modified to store a reference to its parent.

6e83372b7c Add vertical borders in watermarks to improve differentiation between days 
When using day level, the vertical positioning inside the day was not very clear.
This also happened during consecutive inactivity periods, where all marked bank
holidays were displayed together. A border is added to the columns to avoid this
behaviour.

It would be useful to achieve an optimum level of alignment to review the pixel spacing
that appears on Chrome, and improve the rounding calculations and spacings between 1st
and 2nd level detail.

2f1f3fca84 Add postinst script 
JDBC driver link creation moved to postinst to circunvent problems

61fe490fb1 doc/en: Make direct links to reports only shown in HTML 
Assembling the TeX output for PDF generation onlines all .rst
sources, so it is not needed to manually link them. Au contraire,
when generating HTML, sub-pages are not linked automatically, so
links have to be generating manually using the "raw" directive
and making it apply to HTML output only.

51dd237d40 doc/en: Convert Avanza logo to PNG 
GIF is not supported for embedding in PDFs when building the
documentation with pdfLaTeX, so PNG has to be used instead.
