9f22394266 ItEr53S10AdaptacionServiciosRESTItEr52S10: Added the checkbox 'generate code' to the Workers administration page. 
Code field is enabled/disabled when the checkbox changes.
Code is are re-generated when the checkbox is activated and the worker isn't saved yet.
The value of the checkbox is persistent (as an attribute of Resource).

43e3d65361 ItEr51S10AdaptacionServiciosRESTItEr50S13: Added the checkbox 'generate code' to the Criterion administration page. Currently it only affects to CriterionType. 
The attribute 'generateCode' was added to the entity CriterionType; also a new create method has to be added, to be able to
create CriterionTypes without autogenerated code.

This way, we make its value persistent.

After the following patch, it must be updated or dropped the column unit_type to the table material.
Its unit_type can be null.

Option A:
ALTER TABLE material ALTER unit_type TYPE BIGINT;
UPDATE material SET unit_type = null;

Option B:
ALTER TABLE material DROP unit_type BIGINT;
ALTER TABLE material ADD unit_type BIGINT;
