For the task group not constraint is generated. When calculating the
start of a task container the children must be taken into account so
it doesn't start at the start of the order. Also fixes bug #384.

The one that reloads the TaskList is moved to task list allowing to
make reload private. Ensuring that expand listeners are added for the
tasks that are not toplevel.

The dependencies were only being redrawn when a task was added, but it
must also be done when only tasks disappear.

Adds to the resource loading screen a tree structure to sort the resources load by orders and, by the
    specific and general criterions.It pulls up the children property to LoadTimeLine and converts it to
    a List<LoadTimeLine>. It pull up the method HasChildren and the rest of methods at LoadTimeLinesGroup,
    so the LoadTimeLinesGroup is not already needed.
