* Removed rules file for Squeeze as the change is also valid for Ubuntu.
* Used just one control file using the minimum standards version.

Added new dependency to libpg-java package.

* Modified debian/rules in order to a proper link to PostgreSQL Java library at /usr/share/tomcat6/lib.
* Also added lines to restart Tomcat in order to load this library.
