c48fd3ddd3 Inserted empty conditions for default data 
This should be fixed in the future, since it has a workaround for unit tests which bypasses the new behaviour of default data inserting. Those sections to be fixed are in commented lines with //FIXME label.

f4e2a7d8ae Fix some issues pending in previous commit 
* Updated database changelog to set properly the default value of the

5411f35444 [Bug #1250] Fix issue removing TaskSource of unscheduled element 
The problem is that if TaskSource was not stored in database, it was not
removed from OrderElement.

0c98cad7aa [Bug #1238] Fix concurrent modification exception 
The fix consists of changing the persistence model of the Dependency entity.
So far, it was deleted in the database when orphan dependencies appear in the Hibernate session
being flushed. Now, the orphan dependencies are removed explicitely on saving the Planning state.
An orphan dependency in the database is the one which has origin or destination NULL.

436351fd19 Fix tests due to changes in 3bd402d5ba 
The problem was related to the changes in
existsByNameAnotherTransaction, the query is done now only in findByName
and it was changed to use ignoreCase.
