5f6d4da513 Revert "[Bug #911] Disabling at interface criterion hierarchy while bug is not fixed." 
This reverts commit 295912b3c7. Besides
the CriterionType of a Criterion is eagerly loaded. Otherwise when
having child criterions, proxy errors accesing CriterionType were
happening.

2f54a627f8 The no longer valid allocations are marked as unsatisfied 
When reassining if an allocation cannot be done, for example there are
no resources that match the criterions, it's marked unsatisfied.

* Now most of the algorithms for these operations can be shared between
OrderElements and Templates.
   * Disable create template button from Templates view.
