b79c40562a [Bug #1197] Fix bug 
When creating the PlanningState the criterions of the associated hours
groups are loaded, so the same criterions in the task and in the hour
groups are loaded.

Some other data is loaded to avoid this kind of situation.

9687f23032 [Bug #1195] Fix bug 
When using the owner scenario the allocations must also be switched to
the current scenario.  A lazy initialization exception is also avoided
reattaching the resources of the allocation to be removed.

1be5121b12 Now project's details view shares the state with gantt and resource load 
OrderModel references and uses the PlanningState. The changes in the
WBS are seen in the gantt view even if the WBS is not saved.

f2fb4ff8f7 Written the client-side code to draw dependencies in limiting resources screen. 
The code is based on the same code used in the ZK 3.x versions of NavalPlan.
TODO: reuse more code from dependency drawing implementation in ganttz.
