a8cb48bcf7 Dump database 
Psql8 does not support altering table permissions using "ON ALL TABLES IN
SCHEMA", so this commit implements a workaround which consists in dumping
the original (and upgraded) database and loading it again, instead of
just doing a rename and fixing permissions afterwards.

8a3c9d1594 [Bug #1274] Do decimal separator replacement in the correct way in ZK5. 
The original version always replaced ',' with '.' always, but the correct thing
to do is replace '.' with the correct decimal separator of the locale to keep
the same effect we had in ZK3.

d17cca0b01 Added hflex property to WBS tree 
Before having the vflex properties, WBS tree had a fixed heigh. Making the component vertically flexible
allows using all vertical space available, displaying all tasks that the server pager configures (25). The
only minor disadvantage of the change is that neither the pager nor the 'selected task' buttons are inside the
scrollable area, so not permanently visible.

13a8be679b Removed jsession parameter in EntryPoints matching conditions 
The ;jsession URI parameter is interfering EntryPointsHandler behaviour,
causing that redirects when this variable is set don't work.

c48fd3ddd3 Inserted empty conditions for default data 
This should be fixed in the future, since it has a workaround for unit tests which bypasses the new behaviour of default data inserting. Those sections to be fixed are in commented lines with //FIXME label.

22d19a8c83 [Bug #1270] Fix issue invalidating TaskComponent 
This is a quick fix for this issue but we should review it properly as
smartUpdate should be the best way to do this change instead of using
invalidate.

Moreover the methods updateTooltipText are not really updating the
tooltip so can cause some misunderstanding.
