The one that reloads the TaskList is moved to task list allowing to
make reload private. Ensuring that expand listeners are added for the
tasks that are not toplevel.

must also be done when only tasks disappear.

5ecdad0e6f ItEr50S04ValidacionEProbasFuncionaisItEr49S04: Avoiding NullPointerException when filtering. 
OrderElementPredicate cannot handle milestones because they have no
associated order element. So now milestones are always present; they
cannot be filtered.

With this change, we'll be able to show a string on the screen which is different from the ResourceEnum name. Necessary for i18n.

6da7f3113a ItEr49S18AdaptacionServiciosREST: Changed CriterionDTO to create its inner Criterion object as soon as possible. 
It's needed for the code to be generated from the first moment so we can show it for new Criteria.
