59c8a98a72 Remove uneeded parameters to prevent redundant invocations to scheduling algorithm. 
When a task is potentially modified is not needed to change the start
and the end date. This was causing two invokations of the
"dependencies" algorithm. Now only one is done.

f96cdddcb5 Bug #1355: transform NOT EARLIER THAN and NOT LATER THAN constraints to the 
correct constraint based on the scheduling mode.

To do that, the scheduling mode, start and end date are needed as parameters.

abf5065ffd Bug #1343: Use getRawValue instead of getValue in date constraint checkers. 
Since the start date depends on the value of the end date and vice versa, a
recursive, infinite loop can happen when both dates are going to be validated.

1c9ef80900 Bug #1357: Use end date minus one day as default date for earned value chart. 
The end date of the time intervals managed by ChartFillers don't include the
end date, so it was wrong considering it as a correct date.
