4772b777ad Change EffortDuration toString and toFormattedString to show always 2 digits in minutes and seconds 
This will avoid show hours like 2:5:0, and it'll always show 2:05:00.

9d52d28c6d Fixed styles problem in apply and cancel buttons in advanced allocation 
Once the perspectives state sharing task is completed, the apply button will
be replaced for the same for saving that is displayed in the other perspectives.

989cacd12d Merged redundant logo images and removed its i18n file paths 
As the image logo it is going to be finally the same for all languages,
the i18n element from the path is removed to avoid redundancy.

1b37b67086 Fix issue when changing to Flat assignment function 
In advanced allocation window, if you apply any assignment function,
them modify the total hours of allocation to a higher number and then
change to flat function; task size is not changed now.
