9f89ede914 Revert "Look for new resources when moving a task" 
This commit introduced some issues (see bug #1126) and it was not working
properly. It's going to be reverted till release 1.2. Then we'll work on
this task again.

This reverts commit 88bbc256e2.

7259c83ea6 [Bug #1227] Order authorizations are saved now in SaveCommand 
PlanningState manage the list of order authorizations and the controller
and model for order authorizations have been adapted to work against
PlanningState instead of DB.

7ac315ba88 [Bug #1214] Fix problem reattaching HoursGroup in allocation pop-up 
HoursGroup are already loaded in PlanningStateCreator, so there's no
need to load them again when you open the resource allocation pop-up.

b87ea09c0f [Bug #1214] Fix issue changing Hibernate mapping for map inside CalendarData 
Now capacityPerDay map is not lazy and it's loaded with the
CalendarData. This fixes the problem when the load chart was printed.

6ed654a13e Added a fixed height for resourcesload watermark 
Currently there was no block with hidden overflow so timetracker was making the scrollable
area grow vertically in an excesive proportion, making the scroll unusable. This workaround
gives a more reasonable amount of space untill is not calculated dinamically.

82425deed5 [Bug #820] Several changes in watermark height calculations 
Fixed bug and aded some modifications to the system to calculate watermark heigth. An
enhancement to this could be calling ganttz.Planner.getInstance().adjustScrollableDimensions()
also on window resizes to avoid the appearance of a white area when increasing the backport
and before a recalculation is called.

7220951b74 [Bug #1216] Fix issue chaning code to check allocation resource radio 
The problem was caused becase of when radio was added to row the checked
value was reseted (due to a change in ZK5).

Change the way to makr the radio as checked, now it's done after the
radio is added to the row.

c8d1725a1b [Bug #1196] Assign task to the first valid queue in case that all of them are empty. 
Until now, the task wasn't assigned to any queue when they were all empty,
causing this bug.
