867076e8fd [Bug #1088] fix the representation of the chart of earned value month and upper zoom 
levels.

There is two ways for represent the chart (by day and by week). By week, the hours
is the average of the hours of whole week.

18c2f12211 Fix error when changing zoom 
* adjust_height is removed from TaskList because the equivalent
  functionality is called from GanttPanel.

* GanttPanel.js receives the new methods for tracking the scroll. This
  should be simpler. It should be rewritten in the future.
