8155b5822e ItEr44S14CUAsignarUsuarioAProxectoPlanificacionItEr43S19: Implemented restriction on edition of orders. 
Now only authorized users or those with the role EDIT_ALL_ORDERS will
be able to edit an order. The remaining users will be able to open the
edition interface but they will find the save buttons disabled.
TODO: disable all the fields in the edition interface so they can't be
modified.

Only users with ROLE_CREATE_ORDER will find the 'create' button and the 'save'
buttons in a new order enabled.
The user creating an order will be added as authorized to write that order
by default.

Users can only see the orders for which they are authorized, or all the orders
if they have the correct UserRole (READ_ALL_ORDERS or EDIT_ALL_ORDERS).
