Jacobo Aragunde Pérez 20ddb4ff55 ItEr40S10CUAltaUsuarioItEr39S10: Improved validators on the entity User 
Moved the @NotEmpty validators to the getXXX() methods, according to the
development guides.
Initialized the string attributes to a empty string, to avoid a NullPointer
Exception in the unique validator.
Replaced the boolean attribute with a Boolean (object). Primitive types can
produce problems with null values in the DB.
