Fernando Bellas Permuy 2d67d57142 ItEr40S20CUImportacionRecursosProductivosItEr39S23: First version of REST service for importing a list of resources of any type (machines and/or workers). 
In this first version, the service: (1) is not exposed remotely yet and (2) basic validations (@NotEmpty) are only provided (in the business entities). A test case has also been implemented.
