Moved the @NotEmpty validators to the getXXX() methods, according to the
development guides.
Initialized the string attributes to a empty string, to avoid a NullPointer
Exception in the unique validator.

20ddb4ff55 ItEr40S10CUAltaUsuarioItEr39S10: Improved validators on the entity User 
Moved the @NotEmpty validators to the getXXX() methods, according to the
development guides.
Initialized the string attributes to a empty string, to avoid a NullPointer
Exception in the unique validator.
Replaced the boolean attribute with a Boolean (object). Primitive types can
produce problems with null values in the DB.

e4d9fa0e01 ItEr40S20CUImportacionRecursosProductivosItEr39S23: "scripts/rest-clients" folder has been created with initial scripts for REST clients. 
The new foler includes a README file (please, update it when adding new scripts), common scripts (base64.sh and rest-common-env.sh), two scripts (post-criterions-types.sh and get-criterion-types.sh) for importing/exporting criterion types, and a sample file (criterion-types-sample.xml) with criterion types to be imported.

Now we allow the model to store users or profiles without associated roles.
TODO: login with a user with no roles produces a HTTP 403 error, it has to be
corrected.

If the password field is left empty when *editing* a user, its password
remains unchanged.
If it's left empty when *creating* a user, the business layer will complain.
TODO: make this behaviour explicit for the user (label with instructions,
ConstraintChecker when creating a user...)
