8dbc72d9a9 Change to effort SumChargedHours now called SumChargedEffort 
* Change attributes inside SumChargedHours to use EffortDuration
* Update database table and fields accordingly
* Keep previous methods working with hours marked as deprecated

abe3dc55bc Change numHours to effort in WorkReportLine 
Now it's using EffortDuration to store hours, for the moment previous
methods to manage numHours are kept and marked as deprecated.

Based on a patch by Ignacio Diaz Teijido <ignacio.diaz@comtecsf.es>

85d40ad0e8 Fix wrong message in configuration button of functions 
In advanced allocation some functions are not configurable (flat and
sigmoid), now a proper message is shown in these cases.

a29553fc97 Reattach the planning state if exists 
Otherwise the resources of the allocations and the resources queried
would be different instances for the same entities and some
calculations would be uncorrect.

95d210b39b Fix issue when moving a task with an assignment function. 
Now assignment function is applied again in destination.

For StretchesFunction a new method was needed in order to update
stretches dates in destination.
Actually, dates shouldn't be stored in Stretch class. This should be
changed in the future.
