37175f6811 Add the external code when a whole order is imported as subcontrated task. 
Although this operation is not permit by the interfaz, this one give us
clarity on the code. All subcontrated task have got the external code filled.

5751692b9c Removed access to ResourcesLoad and AdvancedAllocation from company view context menu 
This patch should be reverted if the Save and Cancel commands are properly refactored
and can be called from a single point to add the buttons on those perspectives, if
the user has not passed throug order gantt and the state is explicitly set.

9f89ede914 Revert "Look for new resources when moving a task" 
This commit introduced some issues (see bug #1126) and it was not working
properly. It's going to be reverted till release 1.2. Then we'll work on
this task again.

This reverts commit 88bbc256e2.

7259c83ea6 [Bug #1227] Order authorizations are saved now in SaveCommand 
PlanningState manage the list of order authorizations and the controller
and model for order authorizations have been adapted to work against
PlanningState instead of DB.
