a43c0e8541 [Bug #912] You cannot delete an derived exception. 
Disable delete icon in the exception which are inherited.
Include a column showing the type of exception (Inherited or Direct).

7393d4b9b6 If a LongOperation is executed inside another it's executed directly 
Thus there is no problem if inside code executed within a
LongOperation, a LongOperation is submitted again. In this case the
code is executed but no extra modal window is created.

a0e9118720 [Bug #871] Fixed problem calculating initial date. 
* Not all tasks were taking into account calculating initial date. Till now only
  initial tasks were taken into account but depending on constraints it could
  happen that some tasks start before than initial tasks.

6f02dda4d6 [Bug #903] Limiting resource allocation window does not respect activation periods for the resources 
The activation periods of the Calendar assigned to the Resource were not
being considered when doing a limiting allocation.

A gap should be constrained according to the activation periods of time of
the Calendar.

* Merge sort algorithm returned only the min gap for the first queue, but didn't explore all queues
* If a queue element can be applied to several queues, choose the queue with an earliest end date

e1b61e752a Keep using the same AssignmentsAllocator 
In order to take into consideration the previous resources used the
same AssignmentsAllocator must be used in an allocation. This implies
changes in the until filling allocation that was instantiating an
AssignmentsAllocator for each day. Now one is instantiated and used
for each day until allocating the hours.
