896096272c Remove unneeded code in LimitingResourcesTabCreator

c1ab13b64f Added class to Total row on timesheets and moved up to be the first aggregation element

ed468f3fb2 Made project and task columns Frozen on monthly timesheet 
This provides horizontal scroll functionality and allows task description to be
permanently visible. It would be interesting to move totals column as a third
frozen column.

9ad275d727 i18n: updated the titles of all the reports. 
English strings for report titles were changed, and their translations were removed
so translators are in charge of finding the suitable translation for the new titles.
